How can I start a return?Updated 14 days ago

Once you have confirmed that your item is eligible (see this FAQ), here is how to proceed with your return:

In-Store Return:

Please visit one of our stores with your order confirmation and the item you wish to return or exchange. No return fees apply for in-store returns.

Return by Mail:
Create a prepaid return label here.

Pack your items securely and include the packing slip inside the box.

  • For returns to Canada and internationally:
    A restocking fee of 10$ (plus applicable taxes) will be charged per order.
    If you return multiple items from the same order in one shipment, only one $10 fee will be applied.

  • For returns to the United States:
    A restocking fee of 25$ will be charged per order. If you return multiple items from the same order in one shipment, only one $25 fee will be applied.

Note: The US fee includes the additional cross-border processing and transportation costs involved in handling U.S. returns.

If you wish to return items from two separate orders in one package, please contact our team for assistance here.

International Orders:
If you are returning an item from outside North America, please contact us here to confirm eligibility.

Return shipping costs are not covered for international returns. You are responsible for using the carrier of your choice to return the item.

Shipping fees and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable.

Unauthorized returns (items returned without prior approval) will be refused.
