When can I expect my refund?Updated a month ago

All returned items are inspected to ensure they are in accordance with our return policy. 

If approved, the refund is processed and a confirmation email is sent immediately. After that your bank may require a few extra days to have the amount reflected on your statement.

Refunds are only credited to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

A restocking fee (plus applicable taxes) will be charged per unique order. If you return multiple items from the same order in a single shipment, only one restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges are not refundable.

Packages that cannot be delivered will be returned to our warehouse. You will be contacted by our customer service on the next steps. A refund is only possible after the item is received back by the warehouse team.

CANADA: Returns are typically inspected within 7 calendar days after arriving at our Montreal warehouse. Refunds are issued promptly after inspection.

My label doesn’t show the full amount I paid, why is that?

The return label only shows the price of the item, but when the refund is processed, the sales taxes are included in the total to be refunded.

USA: Returns are typically inspected within 7 calendar days after arriving at our Montreal warehouse. Refunds are issued promptly after inspection.

INTERNATIONAL: Refunds are processed after the approved return has been received and inspected at our Montreal warehouse.

Any conversion loss will not be covered within the refund process.
