What should I do if my item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect?Updated 5 days ago
We take great care in preparing and inspecting every order, but issues can occasionally arise. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we are here to assist you.
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and include the following:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item, showing the damage, defect, or mismatch
Our team will review your request and advise you on the next steps.
Important notes:
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect within six months of purchase. Normal wear and tear, improper use, or incorrect care do not qualify as faults.
