Regular-Priced Items
You may return regular-priced items if they meet the following conditions:
Return is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Item(s) are in original condition: unworn, unaltered, undamaged.
Original packaging is required:
Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox.
Accessories and outerwear must have tags attached.
Item(s) are not final sale.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Final Sale Items
An item is considered final sale if:
It is clearly marked as Final Sale on the product page.
It has been discounted by 40% or more, whether through a sale price, a promo code, or both.
It is a gift card – Gift cards are always final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
While final sale items are not eligible for refunds, they may be exchanged for a different size or item of equal or greater value, subject to availability and in accordance with our return policy.
Please note that direct exchanges are not available online. Instead, follow the steps below:
Place a new order for the desired size or item.
Contact us here with your new order number once it is placed.
We will send you a return label for your original item.
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue a refund for the original item, minus a $10 restocking fee.
Return Fees
A $10 restocking fee (plus applicable taxes) will be applied per order. If you return multiple items from the same order in one shipment, only one $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, you may visit any of our La Canadienne retail stores with your order confirmation and the item you wish to return or exchange. In-store exchanges are not subject to the $10 restocking fee.
In-Store & Third-Party Purchases
Items purchased from one of our retail boutiques or through a third-party retailer cannot be returned through LaCanadienneshoes.com. Please refer to the return policy printed on your store receipt or contact the retailer directly for assistance.
