Regular-Priced Items
You may return regular-priced items if they meet the following conditions:
Return is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Item(s) are in original condition: unworn, unaltered, undamaged.
Original packaging is required:
Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox.
Accessories and outerwear must have tags attached.
Item(s) are not final sale.
- In-store purchases paid with Interac or cash must be returned in-store and are not eligible for online returns.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Final Sale Items
An item is considered final sale if:
It is clearly marked as Final Sale on the product page.
It has been discounted by 40% or more, whether through a sale price, a promo code, or both.
It is a gift card – Gift cards are always final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
While final sale items are not eligible for refunds, they may be exchanged for a different size or item of equal or greater value, subject to availability and in accordance with our return policy.
Please note that direct exchanges are not available online. Instead, follow the steps below:
Place a new order for the desired size or item.
Contact us here with your new order number once it is placed.
We will send you a return label for your original item.
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue a refund for the original item.
Return Fees
US and Canadian orders can print their label at our portal at no costs.
To help us offset the cost of processing returns, a small handling fee is deducted per order (not per item) when mailed back to our warehouse.
This fee cannot be waived except in cases where the return is processed as an exchange or for an approved warranty claim.
- Canada: $10 (plus applicable taxes).
- United States: $25 (plus applicable taxes) Note: The U.S. restocking fee reflects additional cross-border processing and transportation costs and is consistently applied to all U.S. returns.
In-Store Returns
You may return or exchange your item at any of our owned retail locations by bringing your order confirmation and the item(s) in question. When returning in-store, the restocking fee will be waived.
Items purchased at our physical stores must be returned according to the policies stated on your store receipt.
Important: Purchases made in-store using Interac or cash must be returned in-store. These payment types cannot be refunded through online returns and must be processed at a retail POS with the original payment method present.
Third-Party Purchases
For items bought from third-party retailers, please refer to their specific return policies and contact them directly for assistance.
