How can I start a return?Updated 5 days ago

Once you’ve confirmed your item is eligible (refer to this FAQ) , here’s how you can proceed with your return:

Return in Store

Visit any of our retail stores with your order confirmation and the item you wish to return/exchange.

Return by Mail (for orders in Canada and the USA)

  1. Create a prepaid return label here.

  2. Pack your item(s) securely and include the Packing Slip inside the box.

  3. A restocking fee of $10 (plus applicable taxes) will be charged per order. If you return multiple items from the same order in one shipment, only one $10 fee will be applied.

If you want to return items from two separate orders in one package, please contact our team for assistance here.

*For U.S. returns: The tracking number will show once your return arrives at our sorting facility in New York. It may take up to 15 business days for the package to reach our Canadian warehouse for inspection, after which your refund will be processed.

International Orders

If you're returning an item from outside North America, please contact us here to confirm eligibility.

  • Return shipping fees are not covered for international returns. You are responsible for using your carrier of choice to return the item.

  • Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable.

  • Unauthorized returns (items returned without prior approval) will be refused.
