Regular-Priced Items

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. You can create your return label here

Alternatively, you may visit any of our La Canadienne stores with your order confirmation and the item you wish to return or exchange. In-store exchanges are not subject to the $10 restocking fee.

Final Sale Items

An item is considered final sale if it has been discounted by 40% or more, whether marked down with a discounted price or reaching this discount after applying a promo code.

While these items are not eligible for refunds, they may be exchanged for a different size or item of equal or greater value, subject to availability.

As we do not offer direct exchanges, please follow the steps below to initiate a final sale exchange:

  1. Initiate your exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  2. Have your item(s) in their original packaging and in their original condition: Unworn, unaltered, and free of any damage.

  3. Place a new order for the desired size or item.

  4. Contact us here with your new order number once the order is placed.

  5. We will send you a return label for your original item.

  6. After we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund, minus a $10 restocking fee.
