La Canadienne guarantees its footwear to be free from manufacturer's defects for six months from the date of customer purchase. 

The suede and leather of all City Dry™ footwear is guaranteed waterproof for a period of six months from the date of purchase. All seams are treated with waterproof sealant to ensure impermeability. This guarantee does not cover water penetration through lace openings, zippers, elastics and genuine shearling shafts.

In addition, we do not guarantee the product if it has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accidents, chemicals or exposure to extreme heat as well as normal wear and tear. 

Zipper breakage is not covered.

Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored suede's and leathers. This discoloration is not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.

All our footwear is produced by artisans using top-quality leathers. Any cosmetic imperfections should be considered evidence of true craftsmanship.

If you believe that your product is defective, you must return it to the vendor from whom you purchased it. La Canadienne will only accept warranty claims for items purchased through their owned and operated online and retail stores. Proof of purchase must be supplied when submitting a warranty claim. Once received, the item will undergo a standard inspection. If it is determined that a manufacturer’s defect is present, the manufacturer will repair the item. In the event a repair is not possible, the manufacturer will either provide a replacement product or refund of the original purchase price.
