La Canadienne guarantees its products to be free from manufacturer’s defects for six months from the original date of purchase.

For City Dry™ footwear, the suede and leather are also guaranteed to be waterproof for the same six-month period. All seams are treated with waterproof sealant to ensure maximum protection.

The warranty does not cover water penetration through lace openings, zippers, elastics, or genuine shearling shafts. It also excludes zipper breakage, dye transfer from darker-colored suede and leather, and any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, chemical exposure, extreme heat, or normal wear and tear.

All La Canadienne footwear is handcrafted by skilled artisans using premium leathers. Minor cosmetic imperfections are a normal result of this process and are considered signs of true craftsmanship, not defects.

How do I make a warranty claim?

1. Purchased through a third-party vendor?
   Please return the item directly to the original vendor.

2. Purchased through La Canadienne's online or retail stores?
   Send your warranty claim here, along with your proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
